Fill the one-time form (name, email, optional referral) and pay with card — £9.99 reserve or £19 priority.
That ballot is your waitlist place. The same payment votes the sealed SKU up the mystery leaderboard.
Share your code. 3 friends who register with it jump you ~100 places.
Stripe when keys exist (test-mode first; live blocked until STRIPE_ALLOW_LIVE=1). Otherwise the stub still records the place and the vote. Yusuf unlocks names later. The lab is not for sale.
