The parent site
Modex Ventures (“Modex”, “we”, “us”) is the parent laboratory and holding studio operated from the United Kingdom. The parent site is modexventures.com. Operating companies close on their own subdomains. This parent is not a product SKU.
These terms govern access to modexventures.com, including /fleet, /vault, /lab, /capital, and the legal pages. They do not govern a customer MSA on an operating company. List prices on fleet cards are documented bands, not offers.
No sale on this parent
Scout, Operator, and Partner memberships are displayed so the rail is honest. Checkout is frozen (invite-only). A vault research signal is not a licence, seat, or equity. Dealflow on /capital is a stub until the sell gate opens.
You must not treat telemetry, simulators, or “ONLINE” status as a warranty of uptime on a child product. Child SLAs, when they exist, live on the child domain.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape at abusive volume, or attempt to unseal vault names. Do not submit special-category data, criminal-offence data, or live client files through the introduce or dealflow stubs.
The M+33 mark, copy, and research index are proprietary. You may link to this site. You may not imply a partnership, investment, or MSA without a written instrument.
Liability
The site is provided “as is” for information. Nothing on it is investment advice, a financial promotion under FSMA 2000, or a solicitation to the public. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this parent site.
