Anti-portfolio
The anti-portfolio is every meeting that asked us to underwrite a slide. Modex is a sovereign studio: we engineer the system, hold the company, and only then talk about operator capital. If you need a marketplace costume or a 2% management fee, this is the wrong building.
Scout £49, Operator £199, and Partner £799 exist so the rail is honest. Checkout stays frozen. Capital that clears the desk is a co-build ticket, not a membership.
